How We Use AI

We use frontier AI models to help us manage, collect, and edit data as needed to do our work. That includes researching and building lists, organizing and cleaning records, drafting and refining messages, and speeding up routine tasks so our team can spend their time on the conversations that matter.

People Stay in Charge

AI helps us move faster, but it does not replace human judgment. A trained member of our U.S.-based team reviews and approves the customer-facing communication that matters. People make the decisions; the tools just help us get there sooner.

Accuracy and Care

We check important AI-assisted work for accuracy before it goes out. We do not blindly trust automated output, and we take responsibility for what we send on your behalf.

Your Data
